D0 Collision Hall walls on TeV Sides C49 D1 Photos.
(Note: B0 CDF Collision hall is similar. Except Pad core is MR-16 and PAD 118.)
There are two PADS on each side; one is PAD 118 and other is D0 Collision Hall cored (MR-25) PAD.
The Poly bags are there for the detector, not radiation safety concern.
