Power-On Access to the A0 Photoinjector Cave

From time to time the Photoinjector operators wish to perform power on testing in the A0 photoinjector.

The photoinjector operators must complete a jumper request and complete a hazard analysis. The BD SSO and RSO must sign the paperwork as appropriate.

BD Radiation Safety must lock out with RSO locks both the 3 MW power supply and the 200 kW power supply. This ensures that it is not possible to produce x-rays inside the cave during the power on access. Photos are shown below.
